Poster Presenters

IN-PERSON Presenters:
If your poster has an ODD number, you are presenting in Poster Session I on Monday, October 3. If your poster has an EVEN number, you are presenting in Poster Session II on Monday, October 4.
VIRTUAL ONLY Presenters:
Your poster number is marked with "V" and there will be no designated days/times for you to "host" your poster online. Attendees will be able to send you messages about your presentation via chat.

All speakers at the OTS Annual Meeting must abide by the society’s speaker guidelines.

Poster Presenters
This year's meeting is a hybrid format. To accommodate both in-person and virtual attendees, please read the following carefully:
1. In-Person Posters: for in-person attendees only, meeting venue in Phoenix, AZ

Prepare a printed poster a maximum of 40"high x 46"wide (102cm high x 117cm wide); smaller is acceptable.

Posters are displayed for the duration of the meeting; please hang your poster by 3pm on Sunday, October 2 and remove by 2:30pm on Wednesday, September 5.

Poster numbers will be assigned by early September:

Odd numbered posters will be hosted during Poster Session I on Monday, October 3.

Even numbered posters will be hosted during Poster Session II on Tuesday, October 4.
2. Online Poster Gallery: for both in-person and virtual meeting attendees
For the benefit of both in person and virtual meeting attendees, we are requesting all poster presenters (in-person and virtual) prepare and upload the following into Oxford Abstracts by September 28:

PDF of poster; maximum file size 10MB. No limits on dimensions

Link to a 3–5-minute recorded poster presentation (see instructions below)
3. Recorded Poster Presentation

Record your 3-5 minute presentation and upload into our online meeting portal by September 28.

Presentation Upload:
When you are finished with your recorded video presentation:-
Upload your video file to YouTube or Vimeo; settings must be for public viewing (not private). You may use the "unlisted" setting on YouTube if you do not want your video searchable on YouTube.

Copy the link to your video file.

Login to the Oxford Abstract portal. Once logged in to your abstract submission, click the "AMEND" button and add your video presentation link.

Short Talk Presenters
In-person Talk at the meeting venue in Phoenix, AZ

Prepare your short talk for 10 minutes followed by 5 minutes of Q&A.
