Open to all registered delegates and one guest per delegate; tickets must be purchased in advance. A limited number of tickets may be available onsite, we strongly urge delegates to purchase tickets in advance when you register online. You may come back to your on-line registration and 'add on' the party ticket at a later date.
Visa Invitation Letters
Invitations letters for visa requests are available for registered delegates. Please email us at info@oligotherapeutics.org to request a letter of invitation. NOTE: we recommend that you submit your visa application ASAP and we do not coordinate and cannot guarantee that you will receive a visa. The decision to grant visas is at the sole discretion of the embassy/consulate to which you have applied.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Full refunds, less a $50 processing fee, will be granted for the cancellation of in-person or virtual meeting registration if received in writing by September 15, 2023. No refunds will be granted after September 15, 2023 but will allow substitutions or a change in registration type (from in-person registration to virtual registration). Cancellation and refund requests should be sent in writing via email to info@oligotherapeutics.org. Delegates will receive a confirmation and refund within 5 days of receipt of their cancellation notice (depending on payment type).
