General Information for the 2024​
By submitting an abstract – submitters agree that short talks and posters will also be presented virtually and will remain available to all registered attendees on demand through December 31, 2024.

How to Submit:

ALL participants submitting an abstract or applying for a travel grant MUST register to the 2024 Annual Meeting
​

The Abstract submission portal access for short talks and poster presentations will be provided in the registration confirmation email.
​​

For the Late Breaking Session – The Organizing Committee has left room for a few talks in this final session. Does your company have exciting late-breaking findings, please email your abstract to oligomeeting@oligotherapeutics.org (Maximum length 400 words).

Awards Applications must be made through the Awards and Grants online portal HERE
Short Talks

Short Talk Presenters are expected to attend the meeting and make their presentation in-person in Montreal;
-
Short Talks Abstracts which are NOT selected, will be offered a Poster Presentation.

(In this case, no second submission will be needed. The submission process will include a question on whether submitters are interested in a poster if not selected.)

Posters
In-Person Poster Presentations will include:

Full size printed poster to be displayed on the poster boards during the 4 days of the Annual Meeting (poster to be provided by the submitters)

PDF poster file display on the virtual platform (poster gallery)

Optional 3 min video presentation to be included on the virtual platform (poster gallery)
Virtual Posters will include:

Awards & Travel Grants​
​
The OTS offers the opportunity for members to apply for various awards to highlight the accomplishment of students, postdocs and young investigators.
​
Travel grants are also awarded to support the attendance of students and postdocs at the Annual Meeting.
​
